Through its domestic subsidiary, HYD Resources Corporation ("HYDR"), Hyperdynamics is focused on shallow oil production in central and northeast Louisiana in known productive areas. A work program is under way to increase production from existing properties through well workovers, re-entries, and recompletions. Developmental drilling prospects are also being evaluated on existing leases.

HYDR is always looking for niche acquisitions that would provide exisiting proven production, along with increased redevelopment and in-fill drilling opportunities to further expand production and grow revenues profitably.
